About the role

The Beauty Advisor will deliver excellent customer service while driving store turnover and managing stock in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store turnover targets, acquire new accounts and earn rewards.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage stock, conduct daily stock counts and ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Execute administrative tasks and support store operations.

Required profile

• Beauty‑related qualification (desirable).
• 2‑3 years retail experience, including 1‑2 years in cosmetics.

Required skills

• Excellent selling skills with a strong interest in cosmetics.
• Effective communication and persuasion at all levels.
• Initiative, resourcefulness and ability to implement solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
