About the role

Join TFG Africa as a Sales Associate in Butha-Buthe, representing the Jet brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work 45 hours per week in a fast‑paced retail environment, helping customers find the best solutions and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the Jet brand, providing amazing customer experiences.
• Identify and deliver the best possible solutions to exceed customer expectations.
• Track sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
• Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
• Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers at all times.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Passionate about people and customer service.
• Target‑driven with a focus on results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Independent, proactive and able to take initiative.
• High attention to detail and ability to build customer loyalty.
